If due to unforeseen circumstances, we are able to reschedule or postpone within 6 months from the initial arranged session date.

Yes, we can reschedule or postpone the session within 6 months when we don't find the weather is good for photoshoot. Usually we will do a rain check 2hours before the photo session start.

We will share with you all the photos to choose in low resolution jpeg files via email. You can pick & drag the 40 photos you want to edit to the dedicated folder named "Selected" . We will edit accordingly and the results will be high resolution edited photos.

Unfortunately we don't do photoshop for the photos. We aim to keep the natural form for our family albums as we want our clients to feel the warmhearted & precious moment we captured. Only minor adjustment or brush for the dirt & pimples.

Usually we will advice to let the baby sleep and eat well 1 hour before the session start. Ensure the baby feeling great and good mood. If let's say baby is still cranky, we will advice to feed or breastfeeding the baby, make the baby sleep while we still capturing all these moment as part of every family reality memory. We don't aim to just take posey shots instead we do capture lifestyle shots as well.

The 10%, 30% or 50% discount can only be used in your first booking after purchase. Subsequently $5, $10 or $30 can only be used once per session. Additional 3, 5 or 10 photos can only be used once per session. ONLY photo frames can be redeemed from the second shoot onwards.

You will receive an email to confrim the purchase of membership. In the email, we will attached your exclusive membership card with your name only. This membership card is unique to yours.

You will be receiving an e-copy of your membership card only. You can show us a screen shot of your e-copy membership card to our admin when you want to book our photo session or you want to redeem the perks.

No, the perks and benefits that come with the membership is only applicable to the person who bought the membership card. You cannot use the perks to book a session for your friends. If you want to book for your friend, check out the gift card tab.

Yes, it will. The perks and benefits will only be valid within 12 months after the purchase date.

Yes but there will be strictly no refund for the membership card. The card will still applicable to use before it expires.

Yes, you can choose to renew or change your membership plans after your current membership has expired.
